Before Your Visit
Do I need to book in advance?
We encourage guests to purchase tickets in advance and arrive within the selected time slot.
The selected time slot helps us manage guest flow and ensure a comfortable play environment for everyone.
Once inside, there is no play session time limit — families are welcome to stay and enjoy the space at their own pace.
When booking, simply choose the time slot that best matches your estimated arrival time.
Is there a time limit for play?
No time limits. Maison Play Café is designed for relaxed play.
Come in, settle down, and stay as long as smiles last.
Do adults need to pay?
Two adults enter free per child.
Additional adults are R50 per person.
Do I need grip socks?
Yes. Maison Grip Socks are required for everyone entering the play area for hygiene and safety.
This includes:
• Children
• Parents or guardians accompanying their child inside the play zones
Exception:
Pre-walking babies (not yet walking or crawling independently) do not require grip socks.
Maison Grip Socks are available for purchase at reception for R40 per pair.
For hygiene reasons, only grip socks are permitted inside the play area.
Can we bring outside food?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Our café offers a curated menu for both parents and little explorers.
